Kyiv-based defense tech company Twist Robotics has formed a joint venture with Danish-Ukrainian firm Vidar Industries to manufacture its SAKER family of tactical unmanned aerial systems (UAS) in Denmark.
The partnership will produce the SAKER Scout, Hunter, and Hetman variants, with first-year production capacity expected to reach around 12,000 units and the potential to increase as demand grows.
Under the agreement, Twist Robotics will continue leading technology development and product innovation in Ukraine, while Vidar Industries will oversee manufacturing, production engineering, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and industrial scaling in Denmark.
