The Race to Stop Fiber-Optic FPV Drones Gets a New Contender

Israeli firm Axon Vision has unveiled a counter-drone system designed to tackle one of the fastest-growing battlefield threats: first-person view (FPV) drones guided by fiber-optic cables that are largely immune to traditional electronic jamming.

Called ForceField, the system combines threat detection, assessment, and engagement in a single platform, eliminating the need to integrate multiple standalone counter-drone systems.

It is designed for rapid integration with existing vehicle command-and-control (C2) systems and remote-controlled weapon stations (RCWS), allowing deployment on armored vehicles, wheeled platforms, and fixed installations with minimal modifications.
