This Estonian Software Uses an Enemy Drone’s Own Video to Hunt It Down

A new software platform from Estonia is turning enemy drones against themselves by using their own intercepted video feeds to reveal their location.

Developed by Tallinn-based Farsight Vision, the “FSV Localizer” geolocates hostile drones within seconds by matching live video footage against real-world terrain maps.

It then plots the drone’s full flight path step by step, allowing operators to pinpoint both its current and previous positions without specialized hardware.
