Lithuanian sensing company BROLIS has awarded a contract to French industry partner Exosens for the supply of approximately 17,000 image intensifier tubes to the Czech Armed Forces.
The devices serve as core components of night vision equipment to deliver high-quality optics and near-infrared visuals.
Work for the contract will continue through 2032 as part of Prague’s ongoing efforts to modernize its military capabilities.
According to Exosens, the deal marks its largest intensifier tube order from the Czech Republic and signifies the company’s expanding role as a proven industry partner on key sight solutions for both NATO forces and defense manufacturers.
The firm also described the agreement as an “important milestone” supporting Europe’s push to increase dependence on sovereign technologies and bolster its industrial base while highlighting its ability to secure long-term initiatives amid increased defense spending in the region.
