VisionWave Takes Control of Israel’s Foresight to Boost AI Battlefield Sensing
VisionWave is moving to acquire Foresight Autonomous in a $17.5 million stock deal aimed at strengthening battlefield perception through artificial intelligence (AI).
The agreement gives the Delaware-based enterprise up to a 52 percent stake in the Israeli 3D sensing firm, valuing Foresight at about $34 million post-investment.
The deal rolls out in two stages, starting with a 46 percent stake worth roughly $15.5 million, followed by an additional 6 percent tied to a pilot deployment of the companies’ integrated platform.
